		<description><![CDATA[This Thursday evening, August 21, The Livingston Depot Foundation and The Northern Pacific Beanery team up for &#8220;Dinner and Some Movies&#8221; outside at The Depot. Filmmakers and local film industry lights Patrick Markey, Bob Ebinger, Stephani Alton, Ian Kellet, and Dennis Aig will be on hand to present movies starting at 7:00 PM, and the Beanery will be providing BBQ beginning at 6:30 PM. 		<title>&#8220;Reflections&#8221; Group Show opens at The Danforth: Friday, August 22</title>

Curated by local artist Robert Spannring, “Reflections” will feature paintings by Edd Enders, Joe Wayne, and Spannring in addition to photographs by Peter Ponca and Storrs Bishop, pencil drawings by Stephen Fox, sculptural work by Bob Newhall, new copper impressions by Juliann Jones, a mixed media piece by Beth Livingston and the poetry of Max Hjortsberg, Dan McCann and Earl Craig.

		<title>&#8220;Hooked on Fish&#8221; show at the LCAC</title>
		<description><![CDATA[The Livingston Center for Art and Culture will host an artists&#8217; reception for its ongoing show, &#8220;Hooked on Fish,&#8221; during this Friday night&#8217;s Art Walk (8/22). The show, which opened on August 13 and runs through September 13, includes art celebrating fish and fishing in a variety of media. Participating artists are Carol Bolton, Diane Draper, Renee Evanoff, Wesley Fleming, Little Blue Hand, Clint Loomis, Warren Mabie, Doug McKnight, and Suzanne Scheinder. More info at 406-222-5222.

		<title>David Swanson&#8217;s &#8220;Montana: Places and Faces&#8221; at The Frame Garden</title>
		<description><![CDATA[&#8220;Montana: Places and Faces,&#8221; a show of new work by painter David Swanson, opens in The Frame Garden gallery this Friday during Art Walk. The August 22 Art Walk is from 5:30 to 8:30.  Swanson&#8217;s show will run through September 23.
Swanson’s work has been compared to that of Edward Hopper and his work has been exhibited in galleries in Los Angeles, Chicago, Santa Fe, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Jackson and Cody, Wyoming, Bozeman, Billings, and Livingston. His paintings also hang in private and corporate collections throughout the United States, as well as in Europe. A recent commission hangs in the lobby of First Interstate Bank.

		<description><![CDATA[The Fifth Annual Yellowstone Music Festival and Art Show will be held in Gardiner&#8217;s Arch Park on Sunday August 31. Enjoy a day of  music, dancing, art, and fine foods and refreshments near the fabled North Entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The Annual Yellowstone Music Festival features bluegrass music by local and regional musicians, and exhibits by local artists. Tickets are $20. Musical performers include: Boulder Acoustic Society, Greensky Bluegrass, Storyhill, and Traveler.
